企业社会责任是现代公司理论的重要组成部分,日益受到理论界与学术界的关注。作为我国的基础产业,矿山企业在国民经济与社会发展中具有重要的地位和作用,在追求利润的同时也应在地方和国家发展中承担相应的社会责任。文章以利益相关者理论为基础,从生态、经济及社会角度对我国矿山企业社会责任承担进行了研究,并提出一定的建议。 Corporate social responsibility is an important part of the modern company theory, and has drawn increasing attention from both theorists and academics. As the basic industry in our country, the mining enterprises have an important position and role in the national economy and social development. They should also take corresponding social responsibility in the local and national development while pursuing profits. Based on the theory of stakeholder, this paper studies the social responsibility commitment of Chinese mining enterprises from ecological, economic and social aspects and puts forward some suggestions.
