目的研究宁波地区滩涂沉积物中多氯联苯(polychlorinated biphenyls,PCBs)的组成及致突变性。方法于2012年8月,采集杭州湾南岸湿地滩涂地区4个采样点的滩涂沉积物进行7种PCBs(PCB-28、PCB-52、PCB-101、PCB-118、PCB-138、PCB-153与PCB-180)的检测,采用Ames试验检测滩涂沉积物有机提取物(0.25、0.5、1 g/皿)的致突变性。结果在所有4个采样点16个深度的64件沉积物样本中,7种PCBs的检出率依次为PCB-180(98.4%)、PCB-52(92.2%)、PCB-118(89.1%)、PCB-138(84.4%)、PCB-101(82.8%)、PCB-153(81.3%)、PCB-28(60.9%)。7种PCBs的残留总量均值依次为采样点A(5.39μg/kg),采样点C(3.73μg/kg),采样点B(2.79μg/kg),采样点D(1.49μg/kg)。对于TA98-S9,采样点A、B 1 g/皿剂量组滩涂沉积物有机提取物均表现出致突变性,采样点C、D各剂量组均无致突变性;对于TA98+S9,采样点A、B 0.5、1 g/皿剂量组和采样点C、D 1 g/皿剂量组滩涂沉积物中有机提取物均表现出致突变性。对于TA100±S9,4个采样点各剂量组滩涂沉积物有机提取物均无致突变性。结论宁波地区滩涂沉积物受到多氯联苯污染,具有一定程度的致突变性。
Objective To study the composition and mutagenicity of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in beach sediments of Ningbo area. Methods In August 2012, seven kinds of PCBs (PCB-28, PCB-52, PCB-101, PCB-118, PCB-138 and PCB-153) were collected from the beach sediments at four sampling sites in the wetland tidal flats area, And PCB-180), the Ames test was used to detect the mutagenicity of the organic extract (0.25, 0.5, 1 g / dish) of the tide deposits. Conclusion Tidal flat sediments in Ningbo area are contaminated with PCBs and have a certain degree of mutagenicity.
