目的建立穿山甲违法炮制增重的快速筛查方法。方法采用粉末X-射线衍射法对19批正品穿山甲进行分析,通过Origin8.0建立正品穿山甲的粉末X-射线共有图谱,比较各样品X-射线图与共有图谱的衍射峰相关系数的相似度以确定限度,运用spss聚类分析进行验证。采用上述方法,对来源于不同地区的18批穿山甲进行筛查,并用法定标准检验进行等效性评价。结果建立了正品穿山甲的粉末X-射线共有图谱,初步拟定相似度限度为0.990。快速筛查不同来源的18批样品,发现其中4批的X-射线图化学轮廓与穿山甲违法增重品相似,且相似度值小于0.990,判定为违法炮制增重。同时按照法定标准检验进行等效性评价,结果一致。结论与传统灰分检测方法比较,建立的穿山甲违法增重的粉末X-射线衍射快速筛查方法操作更简便,分析更快速,可作为快速鉴别违法增重穿山甲的有效手段。
Objective To establish a rapid screening method for pangolins illegally processing weight gain. Methods Nineteen batches of authentic pangolins were analyzed by powder X-ray diffraction. Conclusion Compared with the traditional method of ash detection, the rapid screening method of Pangasius podophylla by powder X-ray diffraction is simple and convenient to operate and more rapid analysis, which can be used as an effective method to quickly identify pangolin.
