振摆皮带溜槽是综合了皮带溜槽、摇床和重砂淘洗的原理而研究制造出来的一种新型细泥选矿设备。通过许多试验和比较,确认振摆皮带溜槽可使微细矿粒在多种力的作用下进行有效分选,不但有较高的回收率,而且有较高的精矿富集比。有效的回收粒级为+20微米。经过分选钨、锡、钽铌细泥的试验,一般比摇床、皮带溜槽的选别效果有不同程度的提高,对40微米以下级别的提高更显著。振摆皮带溜槽还具有较显著的粒浮效果,可用作细泥精矿脱硫或从浮选的硫化矿产品中回收重矿物的粒浮设备。经过生产实践证明,设备性能良好,操作稳定,效果显著。
Vibrating belt chute is a combination of belt chute, shaker and the principle of heavy sand washing and research and manufacture of a new fine mud beneficiation equipment. Through many experiments and comparisons, it is confirmed that the oscillating belt chute can make the fine ore particles be effectively sorted under a variety of forces, which not only has high recovery rate but also high concentrate enrichment ratio. Effective recovery of the grain size is +20 microns. After sorting tungsten, tin, tantalum and niobium fine mud test, generally shaker, belt chute sorting effects have different degrees of improvement, to enhance the level below 40 microns even more significant. Vibrating belt chute also has a significant particle floating effect, can be used as a fine mud concentrate desulphurization or recovery of heavy minerals from the flotation sulfide ore floating equipment. After production proved that the equipment performance is good, stable operation, the effect is significant.
