目的:通过对宫内节育器取出困难原因的分析,探求减少宫内节育器取出困难比率的方法。方法:回顾性总结分析2005年7月～2008年6月本中心取出宫内节育器人员资料,以取器困难者为主要对象,分析取器困难的原因。结果:宫内节育器取出困难与受术者绝经时间长短、放置时间、年限、位置及医生的临床经验有关。结论:加大宣传力度,提高适时取器的知晓率;加强业务培训,提高医务人员的整体素质;提高术后随访率,是降低宫内节育器取出困难率的关键。
OBJECTIVE: To explore ways to reduce the difficulty of removing intrauterine devices from mycoplasma by analyzing the causes of IUD removal difficulties. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed and analyzed the data of IUD removal personnel from July 2005 to June 2008 in our center, and analyzed the reasons for the difficulty of taking the device by taking the patients with difficulty in taking the device. Results: The difficulty of removing IUD was related to the duration of menopause, placement time, age, location and clinical experience of doctors. Conclusion: To increase publicity and raise the awareness rate of timely intervention; to enhance business training and improve the overall quality of medical staff; to improve postoperative follow-up rate is the key to reduce the difficulty of removal rate of IUD.
