随着我国经济的不断发展,市场竞争的加剧。越来越多的企业在生产经营中为了谋取暴利,为了使企业能够在市场恶性竞争中胜出,不惜以身触法,在食品生产上面故意制假售假,违反相关规定在食品中增加添加剂含量。在食品安全问题频发的社会现实下,国家重新修订出台了《中华人民共和国食品安全法》(以下简称《食品安全法》),本文将就我市(南京市)贯彻实施《食品安全法》的情况进行简要分析,并为之后的贯彻执行提出一些意见。
