我国的衣装文化源远流长。北京的衣装产业在发展过程中逐渐形成了自己独具特色的文化形态,老字号作为它的代表,高度凝炼了在这一产业发展中,所体现的具有自己特色的经营理念和文化。为数不多的老字号在行业新生代竞争日趋激烈的今天,仍可屹立不倒,必然有其生存的秘诀和道理。挖掘整理这些遗产对发扬祖国衣装优秀传统具有深远意义,对于将要进入这一领域的从业者具有一定借鉴作用。
China’s clothing culture goes back to ancient times. Beijing’s garment industry gradually formed its own unique cultural form in its development process. As its representative, the old-fashioned garment industry in Beijing highly condensed its management philosophy and culture with its own unique characteristics in the development of this industry. A small number of old and famous in the industry increasingly fierce competition of the new generation, still can survive, there must be the secret of their existence and truth.
