目的了解武汉市某城区已婚妇女宫颈HPV感染状况和基因亚型分布情况,为该地区预防HPV感染和防治宫颈癌提供科学依据。方法采用原位杂交技术对已婚妇女的宫颈脱落细胞标本进行23种HPV基因分型检测。结果共对1983例已婚妇女的宫颈脱落细胞标本进行了检测,HPV总感染率为12.86%(阳性者255例)。HPV感染者集中在25~49岁年龄组(阳性者246例),占96.47%,各年龄组HPV感染率间差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.002,P<0.05);HPV感染者中82.35%为单一型,其中高危单一型感染占75.71%;混合型感染占17.65%,以双重感染为主(71.11%);基因亚型总检出率从高到低依次为16、58、18、11、56、33和52型,而混合型感染主要型别为18、58和16型。结论该地区HPV感染以16、18、58型为主,高发于25~49岁组妇女,针对25~49岁组妇女开展HPV感染检测和准确分型对宫颈病变的防治具有重要的意义。
Objective To understand the status of cervical HPV infection and the distribution of cervical subtype in married women in a city of Wuhan and provide a scientific basis for preventing HPV infection and preventing and treating cervical cancer in this area. Methods In situ hybridization was used to detect 23 kinds of HPV genotypes in cervical exfoliated cells of married women. Results A total of 1983 married women were tested for cervical exfoliated cells. The total HPV infection rate was 12.86% (255 positive). The HPV infection was concentrated in the age group of 25-49 (246 positive), accounting for 96.47%. There was significant difference in HPV infection rates among all age groups (χ2 = 16.002, P <0.05). Among HPV infected persons, 82.35% Among them, single-type infection accounted for 75.71%, mixed infection accounted for 17.65%, and double infection (71.11%). The highest detection rate of genotypes was 16,58,18,11 , 56, 33 and 52, while the main types of mixed infections are 18, 58 and 16. Conclusion HPV infection in this area is mainly of type 16,18,58, and occurs in women aged 25-49. It is of great significance to detect and accurately type HPV infection in women aged 25-49 for the prevention and treatment of cervical lesions.
