在联合国儿童基金会等国际组织支持下，卫生经济网络在全国8省10县进行了5年多种形式合作医疗实验研究。本文对其中2 076户8 141人进行了调查，其按人计参保率达73．7%。在参加合作医疗的农户中，有54．6%获得补偿，38．9%的农户认为减轻了经济负担，43．3%农户认为就医更方便了，41．5%的人认为合作医疗服务质量提高。与对照组比较认为合作医疗能为社区居民提供医疗卫生保障，减轻其经济负担，提高了卫生服务利用。
With the support of international organizations such as the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the Health Economics Network conducted five-year multi-modal cooperative medical experiments in eight provinces and 10 counties across the country. In this paper, 2 076 households with 8 141 people were surveyed, and their personal enrollment rate reached 73.7%. Among the farmers participating in cooperative medical care, 54.6% were compensated, 38.9% of farmers believe that the economic burden has been eased, 43.3% of farmers believe that it is more convenient to seek medical treatment, and 41.5% believe that the quality of cooperative medical services improve. Compared with the control group, cooperative medical care can provide community residents with medical and health protection, reduce their economic burden, and improve the use of health services.
