首钢总公司经过几十年的发展,技术开发能力有了很大提高。但随着社会经济的发展,我们也看到首钢仍然存在产品结构不合理、生产效率和管理水平较低,以及产品在国际市场缺乏竞争能力等问题。因此,苜钢必须不断进行技术创新。我们认为需要从以下几方面进一步强化和完善。提高市场意识。技术创新的核心问题是市场问题。企业是市场经济的基本单元,企业必须提高市场意识,打破计划经济的思维模式,树立创新观念。目前,首钢公司存在着“技术创新是科研人员的事”、“技术创新与市场竞争没有关系”等模糊认识。所以应该从转变观念入手,通过宣传教育,使全体员工认识到,技术创新是一项系统工程,是技术与经济的结合,技术创新的内容与每个员工密切相关。管理岗位要进行管理创新,向管理要效益;科研岗位要进行科研创新,多出成果,快出成果,使科技成果尽快转化为生产力;操作岗位要开展操作创新,向操作要效益;销售岗位要进行市场创新,向市
