本文主要研究沥青混凝土铣刨料(下称“刨料”)粒径及不同取代率对混凝土抗压性能的影响。为不影响水泥混凝土强度,尽可能提高刨料利用率,用其取代部分粗骨料,制备了多组不同取代率的混凝土试件,对比其抗压强度指标。试验结果表明:刨料粒径范围为5~10mm时,再生混凝土的立方体抗压强度与刨料取代率关系明显,随取代率的增加而降低。刨料取代率在40%以内时,再生混凝土的立方体抗压强度满足设计要求。
This paper mainly studies the impact of asphalt concrete milling material (hereinafter referred to as “planing ”) particle size and different substitution rate on the compressive properties of concrete. In order not to affect the strength of cement concrete and to improve the utilization rate of planing materials as much as possible, a number of concrete specimens with different substitution rates were prepared by replacing some of the coarse aggregates, and their compressive strength indexes were compared. The experimental results show that the cubic compressive strength of recycled concrete is obviously related to the replacement rate of planing materials when the particle size is 5 ~ 10mm, and decreases with the increase of substitution rate. Plane replacement rate of 40% or less, the cubic compressive strength of recycled concrete to meet the design requirements.
