为了准确评价高速公路交通安全水平,通过分析高速公路事故特点及高速公路交通安全影响因素,建立适用于高速公路交通安全的评价指标体系,分别构建基于层次熵和基于向量相似度的综合评价模型。其中,层次熵评价模型采用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法确定评价指标的主客观权重,组合后和指标数据加权进而得到评价结果;向量相似度评价模型通过向量相似度对高速公路交通安全状况统计数据进行综合分析。用以上2种模型评价江苏省高速公路的交通安全水平。结果表明:2种模型计算得到的江苏省高速公路交通安全等级都趋于较安全,评价结果具有一致性,且与实际情况相符。层次熵模型侧重于指标数据的客观性,而向量相似度模型更侧重于人的主观性。
In order to accurately evaluate the traffic safety level of expressways, this paper establishes an evaluation index system suitable for expressway traffic safety by analyzing the characteristics of expressway accidents and the traffic safety factors of expressways, and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model based on hierarchy entropy and vector similarity respectively.
