《钢管混凝土结构技术规范》(GB 50936—2014)~([1])是基于CECS 254:2012、CECS 28:2012和CECS 159:2004等行业技术规程制定的,包含了实心、空心、圆形及多边形截面钢管混凝土构件的承载力设计公式。在收集大量的试验数据的基础上,给出了规范中圆形及方形钢管混凝土构件轴压承载力设计公式以及CECS159:2004中方形钢管混凝土构件轴压承载力设计公式的计算模式不确定性的统计参数。并利用一次二阶矩法对这些公式进行了可靠度分析。分析了钢材种类、混凝土强度等级、活荷载类别、荷载比对构件可靠度的影响。结果表明,这些设计公式满足“统一标准”中对二级房屋建筑结构的可靠指标的要求。
The Technical Specification for Concrete Filled Steel Tubular Structures (GB 50936-2014) ~ ([1]) is based on the technical specifications of CECS 254: 2012, CECS 28: 2012 and CECS 159: 2004 and includes solid, hollow, circular Design Formula of Bearing Capacity of Concrete Filled Steel Tube Members with Polygonal Section. Based on a large amount of experimental data collected, the design formulas of the axial compressive bearing capacity of circular and square CFST members in the code and the calculation mode uncertainty of the axial compressive bearing capacity of CFST members in CECS159: 2004 are given Statistics parameters. The reliability of these formulas is analyzed by a first order second moment method. The influence of steel type, concrete strength grade, live load category and load ratio on component reliability was analyzed. The results show that these design formulas satisfy the requirements of the “uniform standard” for the reliable index of the secondary building structure.
