脑梗死后癫痫发生率为10%～14%,在这些患者中很多患者又合并糖尿病。糖尿病并发癫痫较常见,一般出现在低血糖,酮症酸中毒及高渗性昏迷等情况下,临床中非酮症高血糖导致部分运动性癫痫较少。因此,在临床中脑梗死合并高血糖患者发生部分运动性癫痫时容易造成误诊。现将我科诊治的1例报告如下。
The incidence of epilepsy after stroke is 10% to 14%, and many of these patients have diabetes mellitus. Diabetes complicated with epilepsy is more common, usually in the case of hypoglycemia, ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar coma, non-ketotic hyperglycemia in clinical part of exercise-induced epilepsy. Therefore, in clinical cerebral infarction with hyperglycemia in patients with partial motor epilepsy easily lead to misdiagnosis. A case of diagnosis and treatment of our report is as follows.
