基于ABAQUS分析软件,建立了变截面板方盒形件拉深的有限元模型,分析和研究了压边力、板厚比、凹模圆角半径三个工艺参数对厚度过渡区移动的影响。结果表明:压边力的大小对成形件厚度过渡区移动量有着较大的影响,合理设置薄、厚两侧压边力的大小及分布是有效控制厚度过渡区移动量的关键;板厚比对厚度过渡区移动的影响比压边力的影响更加显著,当板厚比达到一定值时,成形件底部的厚度过渡区移动量几乎为零;增大凹模圆角半径能使侧壁厚度过渡区移动量增大并提高极限拉延深度。
Based on the ABAQUS analysis software, a finite element model of box-shaped box-shaped parts with variable cross-section was established. The influences of blank holder force, thickness ratio and die radius on the movement of thickness transition zone were analyzed and studied. The results show that the magnitude of blank holder force has a great effect on the movement of the blank in the thickness transition zone. The proper setting of the blank holder thickness and thickness on both sides of the blank holder is the key to effectively control the movement of the blank holder. The impact on the movement of the thickness transition zone is more significant than that of the blank holder force. When the thickness ratio reaches a certain value, the movement of the thickness transition zone at the bottom of the former is almost zero. Increasing the fillet radius can make the thickness of the side wall The amount of movement in the transition zone is increased and the ultimate draw depth is increased.
