作者对四川某铜硫共生矿综合利用进行了研究。文章认为,该矿中的磁黄铁矿因铁有缺失和被矿浆中的铜离子活化导致其可浮性好,给铜、硫分离带来困难。该试验采用丁基黄药加柴油组合捕收剂进行混合浮选,添加石灰加亚硫酸钠组合抑制剂对所获得的混合精矿进行铜、硫分离浮选,可获得较好的选别指标。文章最后认为混合浮选是该铜硫共生矿较为合理的选别工艺流程。
The author studied the comprehensive utilization of a copper-copper symbiotic mine in Sichuan Province. The article holds that the pyrrhotite in the mine is poor in flotability due to the absence of iron and the activation of copper ions in the ore, which makes it difficult to separate copper and sulfur. In this experiment, butyl xanthate plus diesel combustible collector was used for mixed flotation. Adding lime and sodium sulfite combination inhibitor to copper and sulfur separation flotation of the obtained mixed concentrate, the better sorting index was obtained. The article concludes that the mixed flotation is the copper-sulfur symbiotic ore more reasonable sorting process.
