研究了氟化稀土元素对Cr30-Ni12型双相不锈钢焊条熔敷金属韧性的影响。探讨了作用机理。结果表明,氟化稀土元素对熔敷金属的低温韧性有明显的影响,并且存在一个最佳稀土元素加入量。在最佳稀土元素加入量时,低温韧性好。稀土元素时双相组织形态和铁素体含量无明显影响。稀土元素对熔敷金属的净化作用和夹杂物形态、数量的控制作用是低温韧性改善的主要原因。
The effect of rare earth fluoride on the toughness of the deposited metal of Cr30-Ni12 duplex stainless steel electrode was studied. The mechanism of action is discussed. The results show that the rare earth fluoride fluoride has a significant impact on the low temperature toughness of the deposited metal, and there is a best addition of rare earth elements. In the best amount of rare earth elements, good low temperature toughness. Rare earth elements biphasic tissue morphology and ferrite content had no significant effect. Rare earth elements on the deposited metal purification and inclusion morphology, the number of control is the main reason for the improvement of low temperature toughness.
