采用复方的协同效应 ,建立地氧唑滴耳液质量控制方法。方法 :以 35 %乙醇、醋酸作助溶剂依法配制 ,采用双波长分光光度法直接测定地氧唑滴耳液中主药的含量 ,以留样观察法考察其稳定性。结果 :本制剂中两主药平均回收率分别为 97.2 4%和 98.13% ,治疗中无须用其他抗生素。结论 :地氧唑滴耳液制备工艺简单 ,性质稳定 ,疗效明显 ,含量测定方法快速准确 ,适宜于医院制剂室配制和应用。
The synergistic effect of compound was used to establish the method of quality control of deoxyphenol ear drops. Methods: 35% ethanol and acetic acid as solvent were prepared according to the law. The content of main drug in dextromethorphan ear solution was determined by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry. Results: The average recoveries of the two main drugs in this preparation were 97.2 4% and 98.13% respectively. No other antibiotics were needed during the treatment. Conclusion: The preparation method of deoxiconazole ear drops is simple, stable in nature and obvious curative effect, and the determination of content is rapid and accurate, which is suitable for the preparation and application of the preparation room of the hospital.
