针对导弹装备技术保障能力评估中存在的诸多不确定问题,依据导弹保障建制的分类构建导弹装备技术保障能力评估指标体系,基于集对论的思想,建立导弹装备技术保障能力集对评估模型。为了使得到的评估指标权重向量同时反映主观程度和客观程度,提出通过构造一个双目标决策问题,进行主客观综合赋权确定指标权重的方法。实例分析表明,该方法通过联系度量化了评估指标的确定程度,提高了评估结果的可信性,对解决导弹装备技术保障能力评估中不确定性问题具有很强的指导作用。
Aiming at the many uncertainties in the assessment of the technical support capability of the missile equipment, an index system for evaluating the technical support capability of the missile equipment is established based on the classification of the missile support system. Based on the idea of set-pair theory, a set of evaluation models for the technical support capability of the missile equipment is established. In order to make the weight vector of evaluation index reflect the subjective degree and the objective degree at the same time, a method of determining the weight of the index by constructing a two-objective decision-making problem and carrying out the subjective and objective comprehensive weighting is proposed. The case study shows that this method can quantify the degree of determination of the evaluation index and improve the credibility of the evaluation result. It has a strong guiding role for solving the uncertainty in the assessment of the technical support capability of the missile equipment.
