Can we talk about Chinese poetry in isolation? Is this orientation appropriate and scientific? In a broad sense, poetry should transcend race, nation, language and time. The art explored and pursued by Chinese poets and American poets, Italian poets, and Bolivian poets should be common, and the bitterness and pain of each will be very similar. However, specific to the Chinese poetry, or Chinese poetry, we do feel unique, it is necessary to separate positioning. This is because: First, the art of poetry as a word more and more toward reading, and Chinese characters and Pinyin text in almost all countries shows a big difference, Chinese characters are more visual image, sensibility, phonological diversity. The degree of freedom of Chinese characters in the poem is far greater than any of the pinyin text. This is a great happiness for Chinese poets. Perhaps, I am not accurate enough or arrogant: the world poetry to sum up from the composition of the text, in fact, only two major schools: Pinyin (Western) and hieroglyphics (East), or Chinese poetry and non-Chinese poetry.
