普通高校教师队伍不断壮大,青年教师越来越成为当前的主力军。职业认同感是影响教师有效实施教学实践的重要因素。本文利用问卷调查和个体访谈相结合的方法,分析了高职院校青年教师职业认同度状况,并从职业属性、社会层面和个人层面对青年教师职业认同感的影响因素进行了分析。为政府和学校管理中多方面了解、掌握高职青年教师职业认同状况并进行相关人事管理决策提供现实依据。
Ordinary university teachers continually expanding, more and more young teachers become the current main force. Occupational identity is an important factor that affects teachers’ effective implementation of teaching practice. This paper analyzes the status of young college teachers ’professional recognition through the combination of questionnaires and individual interviews, and analyzes the influencing factors of young teachers’ professional identity from the aspects of occupational attributes, social level and individual level. To provide a realistic basis for understanding various aspects of government and school management, grasping vocational recognition status of higher vocational young teachers and making relevant personnel management decisions.
