为探讨淋球菌稳定L型的特异性鉴定方法,用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测非高渗透压培养基培养淋球菌稳定L型,结果表明:常规细菌学方法不能检出和鉴定的淋球菌稳定L型,可用L型非高渗分离培养技术检出,并用基因诊断的方法进行特异性鉴定。非高渗分离培养法对淋球菌L型的有效检出以及PCR技术对淋球菌稳定L型菌种的特异性鉴定,使其可能成为临床上常规细菌学检查阴性的慢性淋病患者的有效诊断技术。
In order to explore the specific identification method of Neisseria gonorrhoeae Stable L-type, Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) was used to detect Neisseria gonorrhoeae Stable L-type in non-hypertonic medium. The results showed that conventional bacteriological methods could not detect and identify Staphylococcus aureus stable L-type, L-type non-hypertonic culture can be isolated and detected, and the method of gene diagnosis for specific identification. Non-hypertonic isolation and culture method for the effective detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae L-type and PCR-specific identification of Neisseria gonorrhoeae Stable L-type strains make it an effective diagnostic technique in patients with chronic gonorrhea who are routinely bacteriologically negative .
