我州地处云贵高原,海拔114—1890米,群山起伏,溪河纵横,日照短,雾露重,降水量大,气候类型、作物种类及其生育期多样,垂直差异明显,海拔每升高100米,降水量递增20~40毫米,气温递减0.55~0.6℃,水稻生育期延长2~3天,以上特点,构成了极利于稻瘟病发生与流行的复杂的环境条件,成为我州水稻上的严重病害,是稻谷高产的一大障碍。为了搞好本地区的预测预报和提高利用抗病品种防治稻瘟病,近年来,我们在以前研究的基础上开展了稻瘟病菌生理小种的研究。
