为降低早期国产 1 2 5MW机组发电成本、提高调峰可靠性和减少 NOX、SO2 的排放 ,提出了用循环流化床技术改造早期国产 1 2 5MW机组煤粉锅炉。阐明了该技术是先进、合理、可行的 ,能满足调峰运行及清洁煤燃烧要求。在两班制运行时 ,可以节约大量的启动用油 ,在经济、效益上非常具有吸引力。因此 ,建议用循环流化床技术对某台早期国产 1 2 5MW机组锅炉进行技术改造 ,为今后其它 1 2 5MW机组锅炉改造提供借鉴
In order to reduce the power generation cost of the earlier domestic 125MW unit, improve the reliability of peak shaving and reduce the emission of NOX and SO2, a retrofit of the pulverized coal fired boiler of early homemade 125MW unit by circulating fluidized bed technology was proposed. It is clarified that the technology is advanced, reasonable and feasible, which can meet the requirements of peaking operation and clean coal combustion. In the two shift operation, you can save a lot of start-up oil, in the economic, efficiency is very attractive. Therefore, it is suggested that the technology of circulating fluidized bed should be used to retrofit a boiler of 115MW early stage domestically produced in China so as to provide reference for the retrofitting of other 115MW boiler units in the future
