痕量银的测定,国内外文献已有报道,有采用电解富集——原子吸收法、萃取——原子吸收法。由于操作繁琐,使用有机试剂萃取污染环境。本文采用巯基棉分离富集银,操作简便快速,且不污染环境。 本文在前人工作基础上对巯基棉分离富集化探样中银的条件进行试验。测量了洗提曲线。并在不同内径的短颈漏斗中,巯基棉对银的吸附及洗脱行为进行了比较。方法检测限较低按实验方法操作可测至0.0025
Trace silver determination, domestic and foreign literature has been reported, there are electrolytic enrichment - atomic absorption, extraction - atomic absorption method. Due to cumbersome operation, organic reagents are used to extract and pollute the environment. In this paper, the separation and enrichment of silver with thiol cotton, easy to operate fast, and does not pollute the environment. Based on the work of predecessors, this paper tests the conditions for the separation and enrichment of silver in sulphydryl cotton. The elution curve was measured. The adsorption and elution behavior of silver by mercapto-cotton were compared in short-neck funnels with different inner diameters. Lower limit of detection by the experimental method can be measured to 0.0025
