为了提高钢球磨煤机的工作性能和环保性,文中提出了将泡沫铝应用于钢球磨煤机筒体中,利用泡沫铝的减振降噪性能来提高钢球磨煤机的减振降噪性能。首先根据原有钢球磨煤机筒体结构初步设计了泡沫铝层合结构筒体,然后分析计算了筒体在正常运转情况下所受的载荷。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对两种筒体进行了静、动态性能分析,得出了两种筒体的应力应变云图、前5阶模态振型图和其固有频率。最后将上述结果进行比较分析。结果表明,泡沫铝层合结构筒体具有更高的静、动态性能,从而可提高钢球磨煤机的减振降噪性能。
In order to improve the working performance and environmental protection of the ball mill, the paper proposed the use of aluminum foam in the ball mill tube body, the use of aluminum foam vibration and noise reduction to improve the ball mill performance of vibration and noise reduction . First of all, according to the structure of the original ball mill coal cylinder, a foam aluminum laminated structure cylinder is designed. Then the load of the cylinder under normal operation is analyzed and calculated. The ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to analyze the static and dynamic performances of the two kinds of cylinders. The stress and strain cloud charts, the first five modes and the natural frequencies of the two kinds of cylinders were obtained. Finally, the above results were compared and analyzed. The results show that the foam aluminum laminated cylinder has higher static and dynamic performance, which can improve the vibration and noise reduction performance of the ball mill.
