目的:观察痰热清注射液佐治小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)对辅助T细胞Th1、Th2及其细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-4的影响,评价其疗效。方法:选取2013年1月至2014年6月我院收治的MPP患儿180例,按入院顺序单双号随机分为对照组和观察组各90例。两组患儿均给予对症治疗和阿奇霉素10 mg/(kg·d)口服,观察组加用痰热清注射液0.3~0.5 m L/(kg·d)静脉滴注,连续治疗7 d。观察两组患儿发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音、X线胸片阴影消失时间,并于治疗前和治疗后第3天、第7天测定患儿血清及痰液中Th1、Th2、IFN-γ、IL-4的含量,评价疗效。结果:观察组治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组(P均<0.05);发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音、X线胸片阴影消失时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后第3天、第7天血清Th1、IFN-γ水平及Th1/Th2、IFN-γ/IL-4值,痰液IFN-γ水平及IFN-γ/IL-4值均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液能调节Th1/Th2平衡,促进MPP患儿康复。
Objective: To observe the effects of Tanreqing Injection on children with acute Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) on Helper T cells Th1, Th2 cytokines and IFN-γ, IL-4, to evaluate its efficacy. Methods: From January 2013 to June 2014, 180 children with MPP admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the sequence of hospital admission. Two groups of children were given symptomatic treatment and azithromycin 10 mg / (kg · d) orally, the observation group plus Tanreqing injection 0.3 ~ 0.5 m L / (kg · d) intravenous infusion for 7 days. The fever, cough, pulmonary rales and shadow disappearance time of X-ray were observed in two groups. Th1, Th2 and IFN-γ in serum and sputum were measured before treatment and on the 3rd and 7th day after treatment, γ, IL-4 levels, evaluate the efficacy. Results: The cure rate and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The fever, cough, pulmonary rales and disappearance of the shadow of X - ray were shorter than those in the control group (all P <0.05). The levels of Th1, IFN-γ, Th1 / Th2, IFN-γ / IL-4, sputum IFN-γ and IFN-γ / IL-4 on the 3rd and 7th day after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tanreqing injection can regulate Th1 / Th2 balance and promote the recovery of children with MPP.
