本文根据弹性理论、赫兹接触理论,推导了承受复杂载荷弹性体内各点应力计算式.分析了接触应力特点.提出接触强度设计准则,并用实验所验证.提出承受线接触载荷的物体的强化热处理,强化深度不应小于0.7倍的接触半宽.
Based on the theory of elasticity and Hertzian contact theory, this paper deduces the stress calculation formulas for each point in the elastic body subjected to complex loads. The characteristics of contact stress are analyzed. The contact strength design criteria are proposed and verified by experiments. The enhanced heat treatment of objects subjected to line contact loads is proposed. Reinforcement depth should not be less than 0.7 times the contact half width.
