“教师不但是课程的实施者,更是反思性的实践者。”这是新课程积极倡导的理念。现今,如何加速自身的专业化成长,提升本身的教学水平,已成为每个教师的当务之急。而写好课后反思是一条行之有效的途径。为此笔者从三个方面论述了课后反思的策略。
“Teachers are not only the implementers of the curriculum but also the reflective practitioners.” This is an idea actively advocated by the new curriculum. Nowadays, how to speed up its own professional growth and improve its own teaching level has become a top priority for every teacher. Reflective writing after class is an effective way. Therefore, the author discusses the tactics of after-school reflection from three aspects.
