在复杂多变的市场环境下,企业管理者如何建立外部网络关系、利用外部知识,进而提升创新绩效,对企业的发展具有重要意义。以实证方式,研究了外部联结(联结强度,联结广度)、知识共享有效性(新颖性和理解程度)和团队创新绩效三者之间的关系。通过来自汽车行业中181份有效问卷得来的数据来论证本文的假设。结果表明:联结强度对团队创新绩效有显著的正影响;新颖性、理解程度在联结强度、联结广度与团队创新绩效的关系中起中介作用。
In a complex and ever-changing market environment, how to establish external network relationships, use external knowledge and improve innovation performance is of great significance to the development of enterprises. Empirically, we study the relationship between external links (link strength, link breadth), knowledge sharing effectiveness (novelty and understanding) and team innovation performance. The assumptions in this article are demonstrated by data from 181 valid questionnaires in the automotive industry. The results show that the coupling strength has a significant positive impact on the team’s innovation performance. The novelty and the degree of understanding play an intermediary role in the relationship between the coupling strength, the link breadth and the team’s innovation performance.
