产量是乌桕优株选择的重要指标之一。在选优的过程中,对果实尚未成熟时产量因子的测定,估产误差过大,难以权衡。当前,乌桕的选优工作,很需要一种既可靠又简易的预测产量的方法。这样可减少繁锁的手续,节省开支,加快选优工作的速度和准确性。为此,我们对树高、树冠、高冠比等与桕子产量的关系,作了统计计算,现将材料整理如下,供参考。一、高冠比值与产量相关据对122株乌桕树高与产量关系的分析表明,树高与产量呈显著的正相关,相关系数r=0.9672(显著水准达1%)。树冠大小与产量成正相关,以上二种相关都不能估测乌桕产
