The track and field competition includes running，jumping，and other events. The arrangement and the announcement of records， which are keys in the track and field competition，directly affect the smooth and order of the competition and the play of athletes. There?fore，the arrangement and recording are important foundations in organizing the track and field competition. This paper introduces the principle of pre-competition schedule arrangement and some basic methods of work.
