田径运动在高校有广泛的群众基础和认知程度,但每况愈下的学生体质不得不让我们重新审视田径运动的价值。改革田径课程,提高课程目标、扩展授课内容、加大授课时数和严格考试要求对制止大学生体质下滑有一定的益处。强制加大田径课程和加强学生田径锻炼,开展形式多样的田径运动会,对学生进行思想教育,促进大学生自主要锻炼,从而达到提高大学生体质的目的。
Athletics has a broad mass base and cognition in colleges and universities. However, the deteriorating student physique has forced us to reexamine the value of athletics. Reform track and field courses, improve the course objectives, expand the teaching content, increase teaching hours and strict examination requirements to stop the college students physical decline has some benefits. Forcibly increase the track and field courses and strengthen students’ track and field training, carry out a variety of track and field games, ideological and ideological education of students to promote independent exercise of college students, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the constitution of college students.
