用~(14)C-PP333示踪方法研究水稻秧苗时期PP333的生物效应及~(14)G-PP333在生态系中的动移。结果表明,施~(14)C-PP333 9天后,处理秧苗的叶片长度显著低于对照,生长发育受到抑制,有利于培育矮壮秧。随施入时间的推移,田水中~(14)C_PP333含量逐渐降低,1天后约降低一半,而植株和土壤中含量却逐渐增加。这表明,只要施入量合适,药剂基本被植株吸收和土壤吸附,随水流失的量较少。
The biological effects of PP333 in rice seedling stage and the motility of ~ (14) G-PP333 in the ecosystem were studied by ~ (14) C-PP333 tracer method. The results showed that the leaf length of seedlings treated with ~ (14) C-PP333 for 9 days was significantly lower than that of the control, and the growth and development were inhibited, which was conducive to the cultivation of short stalk seedlings. With the passage of time, the concentration of ~ (14) C_PP333 in Tianshui decreased gradually, but decreased by about half in one day and increased gradually in plants and soil. This shows that as long as the amount applied is appropriate, the basic chemical absorbed by the plant and soil adsorption, less water loss.
