采用新型捕收剂SF对攀西某辉长岩型钛铁矿进行浮选试验,探索了捕收剂用量、pH调整剂用量、抑制剂种类选择及用量对钛铁矿浮选分离效果的影响,进行了钛铁矿浮选开路、闭路试验。结果表明,采用新型捕收剂SF,通过“一粗两扫四精”浮选流程可有效分离原矿中的钛铁矿和脉石矿物,获得TiO_2品位为48.06%、回收率为86.36%的钛精矿。捕收剂SF用量少、成本低,可实现辉长岩型钛铁矿的有效选别。
A new collector SF was used to conduct flotation tests on a gabbro-type ilmenite in Panxi. The effects of collector dosage, pH adjusting agent, inhibitor type and dosage on flotation separation of ilmenite were explored , Ilmenite flotation open, closed-circuit test. The results show that the new collector SF can effectively separate the ilmenite and gangue minerals from the raw ore through the “one rough two sweep four fine” flotation process, with the result that the grade of TiO_2 is 48.06% and the recovery rate is 86.36% Titanium concentrate. Collector SF with less dosage, low cost, gabbro-type ilmenite effective classification.
