针对工程机械上液力变矩器、变速器的出厂测试,研制了一种能够满足试件需求的双变性能试验台。简述了该试验台的组成,重点介绍了试验台测控系统的硬件与软件设计。测控系统以工控机为上位机,运用LabVIEW设计控制程序界面,采用了模块化的设计方法,操作简单方便,易于维护和功能扩展;以三菱PLC为下位机,接受来自上位机或控制台的命令,直接控制各种设备。该试验台满足设计要求,运行稳定可靠,不仅提高了生产效率,对于新产品的开发也具有实际意义。
Aiming at the factory test of hydraulic torque converter and transmission on construction machinery, a double-change performance test bench that can meet the requirements of the test piece was developed.
