客户关系管理紧紧围绕客户,对客户行为展开深入研究,经由客户关怀提升客户满意度,进而强化企业市场竞争力。而数据挖掘技术能够为客户关系管理提供有力的技术支持。文章通过介绍数据挖掘技术,分析基于数据挖掘技术的CRM系统建立,对数据挖掘技术在客户关系管理中的应用展开探讨,旨在为如何促进企业客户关系管理工作有序开展研究适用提供一些思路。
Customer relationship management closely around the customer, conduct in-depth study of customer behavior, customer care through customer satisfaction, and thus enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. Data mining technology can provide strong technical support for customer relationship management. By introducing data mining technology, this article analyzes the establishment of CRM system based on data mining technology and explores the application of data mining technology in customer relationship management. This article aims to provide some ideas on how to promote the research of enterprise customer relationship management in an orderly manner.
