目的:探讨高脂血症对小鼠耳蜗的影响。方法:20只昆明种小鼠随机平均分为2组,其中1组建立高脂血症模型,另1组作为对照,6周后用多克隆兔抗NF-κB p65免疫组织化学染色,观察NF-κB p65在高脂血症小鼠耳蜗中的表达,并检测小鼠ABR反应阈。结果:在高脂血症小鼠耳蜗中,NF-κB p65主要定位在Corti器、盖膜、血管纹、螺旋韧带、螺旋神经节及其神经纤维,高脂血症小鼠耳蜗NF-κB p65的免疫反应与对照组比较显著增强。高脂血症模型组小鼠ABR反应阈与对照组比较明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:高脂血症可使小鼠耳蜗NF-κB p65表达增强,ABR反应阈增高,表明高脂血症可引起小鼠听力损害。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hyperlipidemia on mouse cochlea. Methods: Twenty Kunming mice were randomly divided into two groups. One group was established with hyperlipidemia model and the other group was used as control. After six weeks, polyclonal rabbit anti-NF-κB p65 immunohistochemistry was used to observe NF κB p65 expression in the cochlea of mice with hyperlipidemia, and detect the threshold of ABR in mice. Results: In the cochlea of hyperlipidemic mice, NF-κB p65 mainly localized in the corti, capillaries, vascular lines, spiral ligaments, spiral ganglion and its nerve fibers. The NF-κB p65 The immune response significantly increased compared with the control group. The ABR response threshold in hyperlipidemia model group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Hyperlipidemia can enhance the expression of NF-κB p65 in mouse cochlea and increase the ABR threshold, indicating that hyperlipidemia may cause hearing loss in mice.
