最近几年随着经济的快速发展,我国桥梁建设也走上了快速发展的轨道,在桥梁建设中混凝土桥梁最为常见,主要是因为施工比较简便、寿命长、安全系数较高。但是在混凝土桥梁施工当中受到沉降、抗拉能力等方面因素的影响,在施工过程中很容易出现一些裂缝,不仅会影响到桥梁美观,还影响到施工质量与使用安全,如何解决混凝土裂缝对施工质量的不利影响,是施工单位必须解决的一个问题。以此为出发点,本文分析了凝土桥梁施工出现裂缝的主要原因,在此基础上提出了相关混凝土施工裂缝控制措施,研究结果可供相似桥梁工程参考借鉴。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development, China’s bridge construction has embarked on the track of rapid development. Concrete bridges are the most common in bridge construction, mainly because of the relatively simple construction, long service life and high safety factor. However, due to the influence of settlement, tensile strength and other factors in the construction of concrete bridges, some cracks easily appear during the construction process, which not only affects the aesthetic appearance of bridges, but also affects the construction quality and safety of use. How to solve the problem of concrete cracks The adverse effect of quality is a problem the construction unit must solve. Based on this, the paper analyzes the main reasons for the cracks in the concrete bridge construction, and on this basis puts forward the control measures for the related concrete construction cracks. The research results can be used as a reference for similar bridge projects.
