在长期的教学实践中,我发现快乐习作虽然让学生的习作兴趣提高了,但并没有从根本上解决耗时多,成效低的问题,随着时间的推移,好不容易培养起来的兴趣,又会消失殆尽。学生要快乐地学习,并不仅仅是要求教师微笑面对生活,微笑面对学生就行了。同样快乐习作如果仅仅只是培养学生的兴趣,而没有解决学生的耗时多,成效低的问题,那么学生的习作永远不可能真正快乐,这就要求教师不仅用自己的人格魅力,更要用教学魅力调动起学生的学习积极性,也就是教师不仅要给学生创造快乐、激励的习作氛围,更重要的是有科学的指导学生写作方法,只有教给学生科学的行之有效的写作方法提高学生的写作能力才能让学生真正地快乐习作。在具体的实施过程中主要采取了“扎实基础、循序渐进”、“观察能力的培养”、“学生修改文章能力的培养”、“教会学生审题”、“注重作文的评价”的教学策略。
