在我国经济快速发展、市场竞争日趋激烈的时代,企业能够具备核心竞争力是决定其发展兴衰的重要因素。当前,人力资源的重要性已越发被业界认可,由此也相应形成了一种企业对于契合自身战略发展的人力资源管理模式的需求,基于战略性的企业人力资源管理研究就应势而起。本文介绍了战略性人力资源管理对企业绩效的影响,并重点分析了现阶段国内企业在实践中存在的问题,提出了相应地转变策略,旨在为国内企业的发展和改进方向提供一定参考。
In an era of rapid economic development and increasingly fierce market competition in our country, an enterprise’s ability to have its core competitiveness is an important factor that determines the rise and fall of its development. At present, the importance of human resources has been increasingly recognized by the industry, which also formed a corresponding business for their own strategic development of human resources management needs, based on strategic business human resource management research should be on the rise. This paper introduces the impact of strategic human resource management on business performance, and focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the practice of domestic enterprises at this stage, and puts forward corresponding strategies for the change, aiming to provide reference for the development and improvement of domestic enterprises.
