采用人工接种大豆花叶病毒(SMV)的方法,对大豆种皮斑驳的发生规律进行了研究,我们认为:大豆种皮斑驳的形成是大豆花叶病毒(SMV)侵染所致,其不同株系对斑驳率的影响很大,其中“1号”弱毒株系是造成种皮斑驳的主要原因;大豆不同品种对种皮斑驳抗性不同;植株对SMV的抗性与种皮斑驳的形成无明显的相关性。
Using artificial inoculation of soybean mosaic virus (SMV), we studied the occurrence of mottle of soybean seed coat. We think that the formation of mottle of soybean seed coat is caused by the infection of soybean mosaic virus (SMV) The effects of different strains of soybean on the mottle ratio were significant.
