幼儿教师担负着幼儿语言教育的重担,幼儿教师在教学活动中无处不运用语言作为教育沟通的工具,因此幼儿教师的语言文学能力培养至关重要。笔者通过企业调研、专业委员会分析会议后,对幼儿教师语文素养的整体培养体系有了一系列的设计,本文应用德国行动导向教学法的教育理念与方法具体对“幼儿文学”进行新的课程设计。
Kindergarten teachers bear the burden of children’s language education. Kindergarten teachers use ubiquitous language as a tool for education communication in their teaching activities. Therefore, it is very important for kindergarten teachers to cultivate their language and literature skills. After the enterprise research and professional committee analysis meeting, the author has a series of designs on the overall training system of kindergarten teachers’ language literacy. This article applies the German educational philosophy and method of action-oriented pedagogy to “new literature” Course Design.
