试验选用N36锆合金,通过研究周向应力和热循环次数,对渗氢后的N36锆合金包壳中氢化物取向因子(Fn)的影响,重点分析、计算该试验中的各种偏差和Fn测量研究中的不确定度。结果表明,同一样品分层后的不确定度远大于同一条件不同样品之间的不确定度。样品材料热处理、切割、渗氢和再取向试验时引起的A类不确定度起绝对作用;测量软件和人为测量引起的B类不确定度相对较小。
In the experiment, N36 zirconium alloy was chosen to study the effect of circumferential stress and thermal cycles on hydride orientation factor (Fn) in N36 zirconium alloy after hydrogen infiltration. The deviations and Fn Uncertainty in Measurement Studies. The results show that the uncertainty of the same sample stratification is much greater than the uncertainty between different samples under the same conditions. Type A uncertainty caused by heat treatment, cutting, hydrogen permeation and reorientation of sample materials plays an absolute role; type B uncertainty due to measurement software and man-made measurements is relatively small.
