地震物理模拟实验是配合地震勘测和地震学研究的重要手段,本文是一个涉及机、电、土建三个领域的综合课题。文中详细考虑了对专用水槽及总体方案的设计要求,第一次提出并实践了根据地震物理模拟实验自身的需要,建造有自己特点的专用水槽及其定位系统的设计思想;根据对国内外各种三座标测量机结构类型和技术特点的简要分析,确定了采用桥式结构,滚动导轨及丝杆传动的机械系统,并首次实现了以一套M5控制系统,经过切换,控制双三维定位系统的方案。文中还对当前可供选择的测量手段:磁栅、感应同步器,以及脉冲编码器作了原理性介绍,并结合当时的实际,论述了选用脉冲编码器的依据。本文还提供了建成系统的多种数据。
Seismic physics simulation experiment is an important means to cooperate with the seismic surveying and seismology research. This article is a comprehensive subject involving three fields of machine, electricity and civil engineering. In this paper, the design requirements of the special sink and the overall scheme are considered in detail. The design idea of the special sink with its own characteristics and its positioning system is put forward and practiced according to the needs of the seismic physics simulation experiment for the first time. A brief analysis of the structure type and technical characteristics of the three-coordinate measuring machine, the mechanical system adopting the bridge structure, the rolling guide rail and the screw drive are determined, and a set of M5 control system is firstly realized, and after the switching and the control of the dual three-dimensional positioning System solutions. The paper also introduces the current measuring instruments: magnetic grid, inductosyn, and pulse encoder, and introduces the basis of selecting pulse encoder. This article also provides a variety of data to build a system.
