我国和印度都是承接软件外包的大国,虽然印度在基础设施、教育等方面不如中国,但是在软件产业,印度拥有自己的优势:独特的人力资源管理。印度拥有合理的人才数量、素质和人才结构。人力资源是发展软件产业的关键。现阶段我国发展软件产业中,人力资源的限制严重阻碍了我国外包企业的发展:人才的匮乏,员工的流失以及员工结构的不合理都是制约我国软件外包企业发展的原因。为此,我们应该为软件人才提供良好的环境,完善现有的教育体制,培养多层次人才,以及改革高校的软件人才教育方式。
Both China and India are large countries that undertake software outsourcing. Although India is inferior to China in terms of infrastructure and education, India has its own advantages in the software industry: unique human resource management. India has a reasonable number of talent, quality and talent structure. Human resources are the key to developing the software industry. At present, China’s development of the software industry, the human resources constraints have seriously hindered the development of China’s outsourcing enterprises: lack of talent, staff turnover and irrational employee structure are the reasons that restrict the development of China’s software outsourcing enterprises. To this end, we should provide a good environment for software professionals, improve the existing education system, train multi-level talents, and reform the way of software talents education in colleges and universities.
