为把灭火救援作战方案中存在的随机性以及模糊性的问题解决,就将基于云模型的优选方法提出。第一,应该依照消防部队灭火救援作战的特点以及目标,将作战方案优选指标集确定;第二建立优选指标的权重云,需要在咨询专家的前提下建立,优选指标评价云的确定需要通过指标近似法;最后,对每一个灭火救援作战方案进行评价,需要按照云的算数运算规则,将最佳的方案确定。本文针对灭火救援作战方案的云模型优选探讨。
