学习结果评价是高校教育效果评估和教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分,设计与学习结果评价相匹配的教学适应机制是促进教学改革,改进学生学习成效的重要管理手段。笔者在科学界定学习结果评价内涵的基础上,分析我国高职学生学习结果评价实践,提出专业与课程评价、质量动态监控系统、评价队伍、学习文化等方面的教学改进策略。这将有助于保障高职学校教学评价制度的稳定性和教学适应机制的有效性,同时有助于改进教学实践,切实促进学生发展。
The evaluation of learning outcomes is an important part of college education effectiveness assessment and teaching quality assurance system. The design of teaching adaptation mechanism that matches the learning outcomes evaluation is an important management tool to promote teaching reform and improve student learning effectiveness. On the basis of scientifically defining the connotation of learning outcomes evaluation, the author analyzes the practice of learning outcomes evaluation of higher vocational students in our country, and puts forward teaching improvement strategies in terms of professional and curriculum evaluation, quality dynamic monitoring system, evaluation team and learning culture. This will help to ensure the stability of the teaching evaluation system in higher vocational schools and the effectiveness of the teaching adaptation mechanism. At the same time, it will help to improve teaching practice and earnestly promote student development.
