为使学生较快较好地掌握鱼跃前滚翻技术,在教学中,我根据动作技术特点,抓住腾空和依次滚动两个主要环节,采用了一些分解练习及附加条件的辅助练习,收到了较好的教学效果。一、分解练习 1.蹬地摆臂起跳:作连续蹬地摆臂跳起的配合练习,以提高蹬摆动作的连贯性和协调性(图1.)。 2.跃上平台:六人分两边,面对面互拉手分腿站立,练习者蹬地摆臂跃起平卧在手臂(或海棉包)上,体会跃起动作(图2)。 3.连续兔跳:由半蹲姿势两臂前下举开始,作两脚瞪地向前跃起、手推垫收腿屈膝成蹲立(图3)。要求跃起,直臂撑垫顶肩。
