G.G.Guilbault等人曾对过氧化物酶催化H_2O_2氧化高香草酸(HVA)的反应进行过较详尽的研究。利用这个反应可以对有关的氧化还原酶、辅酶、有机底物、无机离子和微量H_2O_2进行分析检测。但是,以高香草酸为底物,价格昂贵,作为通用检测方法不够经济。Guilbault认为酪氨酸有类似的反应,且价格便宜,但未进行详细研究。我们在此基础上,提出

However, high vanillic acid as a substrate, expensive, as a common detection method is not economical enough.
